Built about 1870 just south of Grafton village, this is Grafton's last surviving 19th-century covered bridge and the shortest historic covered bridge in Windham County. It is the county's only queenpost / modified kingpost example and one of few Vermont covered bridges built on a 15-degree skew, so its trusses form a parallelogram. It was rebuilt in 1995 with new laminated beams, roof and siding, and is also a contributing property in the Grafton Village Historic District.
