Built in 1883 by Arthur C. Adams, who built several of the First Branch bridges, the Cilley Bridge is a skewed multiple kingpost span set less than a mile downstream from the Mill Bridge. Two square window openings were cut in its south side to improve visibility where the road turns sharply at one end. The bridge was rehabilitated in 2006 and has been little altered otherwise. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on September 10, 1974.
