💬 Topnotch, on Stowe's Mountain Road, is a full-service mountain resort: comfortable rooms and suites, plus one-, two-, and three-bedroom resort homes for families and groups traveling together. Fall foliage season is prime time — soft linens, warm plaid accents, and cool mountain air do the setting justice. Mornings bring cool air and early light on the hillsides before the crowds arrive. The spa and on-site dining make it a solid choice for a getaway that mixes outdoor days with indoor comfort — a classic Stowe resort stay with room to spread out.
