💬 The Inn at Grace Farm pairs a five-bedroom, six-bath modern farmhouse inn with a showpiece round timber-frame barn built for celebrations — weddings, reunions, and gatherings of up to 110 guests. A separate four-bedroom Stone House offers seasonal group space too. Between events, the Fairfax property is all Green Mountain views, nearby swimming holes, and easy days: Smugglers' Notch and Jay Peak for skiing, Burlington's Church Street thirty minutes away for everything else. It's equal parts event venue and quiet country escape — book the whole place for the party, or come when it's just you and the hills.
