💬 Swift House Inn brings boutique style to downtown Middlebury: twenty well-appointed guest rooms spread across three historic buildings. The in-house restaurant, Jessica's, serves breakfast and dinner in a library-like dining room lined with bookshelves — worth a visit on its own. From weddings and writers' conferences to business meet-ups, it doubles as a small-event destination, with Middlebury's waterfalls, college and Champlain Valley scenery right outside. Cozy, cultured and walkable — a fine base for exploring Addison County in any season — ski the Middlebury Snow Bowl in winter or wander the college campus in fall.
