💬 Once the Colonial House Inn & Motel, this 287 Route 100 landmark got a thoughtful reboot in 2024 as COHO — a boutique inn and retro motor lodge with 13 rooms (nine motel-style, four in the inn house), daily breakfast included. Rooms carry Saatva beds and crisp linens, and there's a bar pouring Vermont craft beer and wine plus a gift shop of regional goods. It's a smart base for Okemo, Stratton, Bromley, and Magic skiers, steps from the Vermont Country Store. Pet-friendly, family-friendly, and named Vermont's best affordable lodging by Yankee Magazine in 2025.
