It has 13 riverside tent sites plus lawn and wooded sites, each with private river access, a picnic table, and a fire pit — plus a rustic cabin, a cottage, and a fully equipped loft for folks who want walls. There's a 20-foot waterfall, swimming holes, and modern bathhouses with hot showers. Big motorhomes aren't allowed, but smaller RVs, camper vans, and pop-ups are welcome. On clear nights the lack of city lights makes for standout stargazing, and the Long Trail is close by, including hikes up Mount Mansfield.
